Uplifting Experiences 1- Angels

For a Religion Class assignment I am going to write down some uplifting personal experiences here on my blog every day for the next couple weeks.

Day 1: One summer we went up to visit Canada. I was about 32 weeks pregnant with they boys. I was out in the fields helping haul hay or something. (I don't remember the specifics of why I was there). Anyway Dad was trying to take a flat tire off the tractor. So using the other tractor he was trying to kind of use to forks to spear it in the middle to pull the tire up and out. I was standing beside the action guiding him to the right spot. Anyway we got the tractor spear in the right spot, and he started pulling the flat tire up and out. It sounds simple, but it's a lot of give and take and pressure to get the tire out. Well as Dad was trying to pull the tire out, the forks slipped and knocked itself out. RIGHT before it slipped, I felt something literally push me out of the way. If I hadn't been pushed over by "something" the tractor fork would have, without a doubt, hit me right in the stomach. Right where my little babies were. It was a weird experience. It happened so slow, but fast, and I was pushed out of the way RIGHT BEFORE it slipped. I remember being on the ground while it slipped, but of course it happened so fast that everyone thought I fell because i got hit by the forks. I know that we have angels watching out for us. Maybe it was my sweet baby Thomas up in heaven that pushed me out of the way that day? Maybe one of my grandparents? Who knows, but I do know that we have guardian angels that watch our and protect us.
