Prayers

The boys had been getting sloppy with their prayers. Saying bless the food and amen.

So i've been trying to teach them that we need to really think about what we are trying to say to Heavenly Father and what we are thankful for.

It's the most awesome and hilarious change ever. oh the things they say. I smile or cover my face to hide my laughing through almost every prayer lately. It's so endearing.

Layton's opening prayer family night last night....

"Dear Heavenly Father. Thank you for our family. And all of the stuff that we have that are like rooms. Thank you for our couches. Thank you for our toilet so we can go potty. Thank for our bunk beds so we can sleep. Thank you for our beds cause they have blankets. Thank you for Grandpa visit and get ice cream."

Kasen's Prayer Yesterday

"Dear Heavenly Father. Thank you for this day. Thank you for our food so we can get big like Paul Bunyon. Thank you for our toilets so we can go poo poos. Thank you for we have a heater so we can be warm. Thank you for my water bottle and for our letters.  Thank you for our toys and our car so we can go to the dinosaur park. Please our baby will come."

I know i'm missing so much more of other things they have said, i'll try to consciously keep remembering and recording because I know i'll love reading this in the future.
